Returns

Returns:

  1. Contact us to return/exchange and to confirm return address.
  2. You can reach us at Support@AlwaysAMuse(dot)com (change the “(dot)” to a “.” so we know you are a real person, not a robot – we do not accept returns from robots).
  3. Include your full name and Order # in your Return Request Email.
  4. Package your return in original packaging.
  5. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return it. Returns must be received in new, unused condition with all original labels and tags attached.

=> Note: for the health and safety of all, intimate apparel can only be returned if it is unworn.

​ Please email us before shipping returns to us, so we are aware of your intent to receive refund or exchange.

REFUNDS: We will do our best to issue a refund to the original payment method used within 10 days of receiving your return, likely sooner, excluding shipping and customs charges (when applicable). There may be unforeseen delays due to holidays, bank holidays, credit card company delays, store flex weeks, or other matters, so thank you in advance for the patience, and feel free to email us if you have any questions along the way.

 

Exchanges:

While we do try to accommodate your exchange requests, this is not always possible, due to the limited nature of our collections.

If you would like an exchange, please email us at Support@AlwaysAMuse(dot)com (change the “(dot)” to a “.” so we know you are a real person, not a robot – we do not accept exchanges from robots either).

Include your full name and Order Number as well as details of the exchange. We will get back to you soon regarding availability of your desired exchange item.

Otherwise, if you wish to return, you may follow the return instructions above, and place a new order.  Shipping will be charged for your new order, if applicable.
